Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales Tax is applied only to Georgia orders. If your order is purchased in Georgia or sent to Georgia, an additional charge of 7% Sales Tax will be applied to your order.
Why has my credit card declined?
Unfortunately, your card issuing bank does not provide us with the details of a declined transaction. We only get a notice that the charge was declined. Some common reasons for declined charges are insufficient funds available, incorrect credit card number or expiration date, invalid CCID code, and increased security settings on your account. You must contact your card issuing bank to determine the reason for your decline
What is a CCID Code?
This is a security measure implemented by your credit card company to prevent fraudulent activity. The code can be found on Visa, MasterCard and Discover by looking at the back of the card on the signature line. There you will see a 7 digit number. Your CCID (Credit Card Identification) Code will be the last 3 digits. On American Express cards, this code is the 4 digits located at the lower right hand corner of the front of the card.
